MODUS Design

Registered in 2006, MODUS Design specialises exclusively in the Western Australian commercial sector. The two directors' combined 32 years of experience in the construction industry has developed into a solid understanding of a business’s built form requirements gained through our exposure to a broad cross-section of the WA commercial market.

This experience doesn’t lead us to try and force our opinions on Clients; rather we listen and offer our interpretation and input when specifically sought and this is always secondary to our Client’s own design convictions and vision for their organisational culture.

Each project starts with no set preconceptions or commitments to a particular style or outcome.

So just what is our difference? - We understand that we are a vital link between our Clients and the builders and contractors who erect the design. While many design consultancies can claim a terrific list of patrons this of course doesn’t always translate to accurate, coherent plans that can be effectively worked from on site.
